Our annual trip to Chadlington turned out to be a cloudy and pleasantly cool evening with the result being two rinks each but a win for Adderbury 72 - 61.  

 

Thanks are extended to Tina and John Timms who agreed to play for the opposition as they were two players short.  The green had a few challenges to it caused by the severe weather conditions of late.

 

 

 

Rink 2

 

Dave Drinkwater, Tony Bird and Dave Bryant were up against it and only managed to win 6 ends and ended up 9 - 15.

 

 

 

Rink 3

 

Yvonne Twomey, Mick Wilkins and Chris Twomey were 6 all at 8 ends but then got stuck for five ends resulting in a 12 point deficit but then managed to find a bit of form to come home 13 - 21.

 

 

 

Rink 4

 

Steve Clarke, Richard Lawrence and Bryan Ogilvie got off to a slow start but a six on the third end set them on course for five point victory 21 - 16.

 

 

 

Rink 5

 

Cliff Hall, Pete Griffin and Chris Skidmore continued their current run of excellent form by taking 14 ends to hand in a card showing a 20 point victory 29 - 9.
